By visiting Ink On's Bakery website and / or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms & conditions apply to all users of our website.

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by our terms & conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, we would recommend not visiting / using our website and or services.

Ordering 

Order through text or call at least 1 week in advance for cookies and 3 weeks in advance for cakes. Simple cakes can be ordered 2 weeks in advance but preferably  3 weeks. Complex cakes (uncommon molds, shapes colors etc.) must be ordered a month in advance.  In case date, design or any other thing changes I will need to be notified a week in advance . Unfortunately, it is not possible for an order to be added to, or changed, once payment has been processed. Ink Ons Bakery is always happy to try and help but asks that The Customer understands it may not always be possible.

Payment

When wanting to place an order, half of the total amount due must be sent through Zelle, Facebook or Cash in person BEFORE I can start working on your order. On the day of the order, the rest of the amount has to be sent through Zelle or given in cash before receiving order. Ink Ons Bakery reserves the right to change prices without notice on website. The price advertised is the ‘selling price’.  Ink Ons Bakery will honor all selling prices even where an error has occurred in The Customer’s favor except in circumstances where a technical fault on either Ink Ons Bakery's website or payment platform has occurred.

Pickup/Delivery 

Product can be picked up the following day that is ready from 6am to 9am located Northside Northline of Houston. If that time is not possible let me know to arrange a time. If you would like to have your order delivered it will be up to an additional $25.00. Cakes that are 3 tiers or more will have delivery fee added in the total price since I will make sure it gets to the event safely. 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation can only be made if date of cake delivery or pick up is 3 weeks before due to money given in down payment has been used to buy necessities for the order. If a cancellation is placed the money sent to place/start the order is non refundable.

Rental fees 

Cake stands, props, plates, trays or display items need can be rented. If rental is damaged, stolen or returned late deposit will not be refundable. 50% of the deposited fee will be returned to customer if rental is returned as it was given.

Allergies

Gluten, wheat, eggs, milk,  lactose and nuts MAY ALL  be contained in cakes and cookies. 

Age restriction:

Ink On's Bakery will not sell to minors due to online payment. By proceeding to order from The Company, The Customer is confirming they are at least 18 years of age.

I can not create exact replication of all custom cakes, due to copyright laws, molds, color brands etc. These Terms and Conditions is to make the ordering process a lot smoother and clearer for both parties. Whilst I do take all reasonable steps to make sure that the information on this website is up to date and accurate at all times, I cannot guarantee that all material is accurate and/or up to date.
